How do paid plans work?
Yo can choose to be billed monthly or yearly. The payments are automatic for your convenience. You can cancel at any time before next billing period and you’re not going to be charged for the upcoming cycle.
What happens to my content when I cancel my subscription?

How can I set up a live demo?

Do you offer free trials?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free trials for Business plans. However, you’re more than welcome to create a free Basic account and try the platform before upgrading to a premium plan.
What happens to my content when I cancel my subscription?

Simply create a free account and from your dashboard area click on "Upgrade to Premium.” Pick one of our paid plans according to your needs, enter payment information, and enjoy the premium features!

Yes! We have special plans for education users and the discounts are already included. For non-profit discounts, please contact us via support@visme.co and we will get back to you within 1 business day with non-profit discount.
Is there any limit on how often I can download or share my content on Visme?
No! You can share and download your content as often as you like under any of the premium plans.

Yes. In Business plans you have the option to make some or all of your content private. In team plans you can also share projects to be editable among one or more team members of your choosing.
How do I sign up for an education plan?
You need to sign up with your ".edu" email. If you’re associated with an academic institution but don’t own an ".edu" email, please contact us via support@visme.co for further assistance in signing up.
